Four Financial Hiring for Regional HR Business Partner – hybrid working at Southampton Full Time

Reporting into the Head of People, you will work to deliver the people strategy, ensuring alignment with the wider business strategy. This is a true generalist role where you will take responsibility for the following:

Leading on complex ER cases

Coaching Line Managers to build their confidence and capability

Working in partnership with key stakeholders to drive a high-performance culture, with a focus on retaining talent

Providing detailed analysis of HR metrics for Management

Proactively partnering with Managers to identify and resolve issues prior to formal investigation

Leading on a variety of employee engagement initiatives

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:
Proven experience at HR Manager or Business Partner Level

Multi-site experience

Previously worked within a fast-paced service based environment

Extensive employee relations experience

Strong commercial awareness

Please note this role is working for an organisation who currently operate a hybrid model; a typical week would be 3 days travelling to sites and a couple of days working from home. The role comes with a competitive package inclusive of salary, bonus and company car.
