Job Responsibilities: You will provide HR Administrative support across this large manufacturing site. Key duties will include: the upkeep of HR systems; liaising with internal and external contacts on a variety of issues; co-coordinating training and development; organising recruitment and selection activities; and other general administration.
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience in a busy personnel department will be required, and you will be an excellent administrator, able to multi task and deal effectively with people at all levels.
Personal Attributes:
We are looking for a highly organised individual who can work with high levels of accuracy in an environment of frequent interruptions, whilst consistently delivering to changing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a customer focused work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure. In addition, applicants must be proficient with all Microsoft software, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
