We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager/ Recruitment Manager to join COYA Family

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for:
· Continuously and proactively, source and attract top talent, utilising all recruitment avenues
· Train and guide HODs on effective recruitment & selection methods and the importance of a positive candidate journey
· Continuously innovate to find candidate sources and new and engaging ways to attract top talent
· Set a robust and consistent recruitment strategy and process
· Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience is provided to all candidates
· Manage the offer process and work alongside the HR Manager to structure offers
· Ensure ATS is kept up to date at all stages of recruitment process
· Manage recruitment reports, be aware of the market trends and drive recommendations based on data insights
Essential skills and experience
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role. Previous operational restaurant experience would be preferred.
· Ability to build relationship with stakeholders at all levels
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Previous experience in managing full recruitment process at all levels
· Great attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
· Approachable, solutions driven and have resilience to heavy workload
· IT literate and be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
· A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude
· High command and understanding of English with the ability to communicate confidently both written and verbal
