About the Centre/Service The Northern Schools Early Years Cluster Inc is a not-for-profit Early Years Management group that supports 14 early years services in 2022. Our purpose is to “Love a Life of Learning and Living” and we aim to set the highest standard of early years education in partnership with local schools and community. We are committed to maximising outcomes for children in the early years, encouraging opportunities for families to be involved in their child’s early education and promoting professional career support, development and wellbeing for our educators. Our kindergartens are co-located on school sites and deliver sessional kindergarten programs for three and four-year-old children. Our reputation is recognised both locally and nationally within the early childhood industry as an educational model and standard for the future incorporating Kindergarten to Grade -6 and in some cases zero – 6 where we have collated playgroups and community hubs.

Description The successful Early Childhood Educators will support the delivery and implementation of the kindergarten program. If you are an experienced educator and someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of children, have a passion and commitment to working within an integrated service delivery model and welcome a supportive Early Years Management team, please apply. We have a number of positions available for commencement in 2023 across a variety of days and hours. Position Descriptions outlining the selection criteria will be emailed to applicants on request.
