Do you have a passion for recruitment and selection? Would you enjoy driving recruitment campaigns for a wide range of specialties like engineering, product development, marketing, finance, sales, and customer service?

If you are a creative thinker and able to come up with innovative strategies to fill our roles, with experience on how to maximize our social media content we want to speak to you.

Can you manage HRM systems? Are you experienced in reviewing data to provide analytics and reports? At Shure we have digitized much of the administration processes if you are someone who embraces technology for HR with an interest in systems, numbers, data, and a passion to improve processes and effectiveness this is an ideal opportunity for you.

We work in a caring and fast paced environment with highly motivated and pro-active people, so we are looking for a person who can demonstrate ability to establish priorities and multitask. Experienced working with confidentiality and sensitivity supporting Associates. Ability to provide a high-class service to all our Associates and Leaders and build a trusted relationship with others. Knowledge of UK employment law is desirable.
