Our Talent Acquisition team is focused on delivering a great candidate experience to anyone we connect with about working with Arqit, whether or not we hire them. We build advocates for our culture, our product and for the mission our colleagues strive towards every day.

We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the delivery of high calibre talent into our commercial and sales functions. As we expand into new territories and establish use cases within new vertical markets, we need a dedicated expert to research, identify and engage with passive talent, create and execute recruitment advertising campaigns and work with the Lead Talent Partner on strategic hiring requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Arqit’s global hiring requirements
• Supporting the Lead Talent Partner with delivery planning and managing competing priorities
• Creating and maintaining compelling recruitment advertising content
• Building relationships with hiring leaders to capture and convey hiring needs to candidates
• Ensure that recruitment activity is in harmony with agreed hiring plans
• Create insightful reports and benchmarking surveys to inform hiring decisions
• Maintain the Greenhouse ATS accurately, always ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance
• Build strong and co-operative relationships with colleagues throughout the business
• Facilitating the internal mobility process

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in either recruitment agency or internal talent sourcing
• Proven expertise in identification and attraction of technical and commercial expertise in the UK and (ideally) North America
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Resilient and personable character, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Must be willing and able to undergo security clearance and background checks
