Reporting to the SVP Human Resources Europe, this role will be accountable for the design, development, and implementation of fit for purpose learning and development programs for our management and leadership teams to shape and grow our business. To ensure our current and next generation of business managers and leaders have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to drive excellence and continue to grow our talent to support the business.

Main Duties

• Provide and deliver/facilitate engaging and modern management and leadership, learning and development programs to ensure that our teams are equipped to identify, attract, retain, and grow our most important asset – our people
• Work with the SVP Human Resources Europe to develop a talent management development strategy against the annual talent review findings/recommendations
• Build and deliver bespoke and broad reaching leadership learning and development plans
• Work closely with the field operations and support function leadership teams, create a leadership and management learning needs analysis to determine that scale and scope of the learning & development
• requirements within the business
• To work with key suppliers and stakeholders to design, develop, co-ordinate and deliver leadership and management learning and development initiatives
• Review and develop current learning and development programs for the management and leadership team to meet the requirements and growth of the business and services it provides
• Ensure the learning and development programs provide clear structure that promote and support the development of company career paths
• Support the business in evaluation and quality assurance to monitor the effectiveness and impact of the leadership programs to identify potential improvements and how these will be implemented
• Build and maintain solid relationships with both internal teams and external providers to maximize the successful delivery of our learning and development programs
• Contribute to projects across the Americas network to ensure consistent delivery of our Menzies values and behaviours through learning and development
• Maintain up to date product and regulatory knowledge through your learning and development network
• Support key managers in individual learning and development programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate will have formal accredited training qualifications and at least 5 years relevant work experience.
• They will be expected to carry out all activities of the role and processing activities (as above) as directed by the Company through its policies, procedures, and training to ensure the success of the operation.
• Remain up to date with all station notices relating to policies and procedures
• Remain up to date with all relevant operational, systems and Customer Service training
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times
