Responsibilities:
directing a full-stack, ambitious, Agile, cross-functional Android development team

Working closely with stakeholders (such as product, data, and executive) can help you create high-quality features and a wonderful user experience.

Help stakeholders understand implementation activities and provide guidance for attempts to set priorities.

Analyze data, procedures, and code to find problems, remove obstacles, enhance delivery, and spot areas that need improvement.

Securing resources, minimizing obstacles, fostering alignment, and assuring participation will help your team.

Assume the role of hiring manager to keep expanding your workforce in order to satisfy changing business requirements.

Create software that satisfies functional requirements and is performant, scalable, and maintainable. In collaboration with Tech Leads, you will play a vital role and have a voice in technical choices.

Requirements:
Software development experience of at least five years is a significant plus Prior technical leadership experience

obsession with continuous process design and iteration to boost teamwork and engagement

strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and engineering management KPIs

having first-hand knowledge of the hiring and orientation procedures for engineering teams

Experience with Kubernetes, AWS EC2, Beanstalk, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, TypeScript, and current Android development are all good advantages. The ability to effectively and efficiently lead and manage a varied development team in a fast-paced workplace is also a significant asset.
