We are looking for motivated individuals to work as Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Salmon Arm location.

Duties

A CSR’s responsibility is to gather all key details about customers and their situations, and to help them with their needs. The ideal candidate is a local resident who is detail-oriented, enjoys helping people and has excellent communication skills.

Detailed job duties include:

– Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.

– Identify and resolve client concerns and issues.

– Enter required information into the computer system.

– Effectively communicate with customers, dispatchers, and tow truck operators to ensure work is on schedule and well organized.

– Ensure the tow truck operators have the proper instructions to perform their duties in a timely and safe manner.

– Listen to tow truck operators’ concerns and act on them accordingly.

– Perform all related clerical duties.

Qualification

– Superior organization skills.

– Effective and creative problem solver.

– Good keyboard skills (35 wpm) and computer literate.

– Excellent customer service skills.

– Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

– Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

– Superior time management and multi-tasking ability.

– Basic knowledge of the Lower Mainland.

– Must be able to accommodate to the work site.

– Post-secondary education and call center experience in a fast-paced environment, along with knowledge of the towing industry are definite assets.

– Candidates may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
