Ideal candidates will have at least one year of clerical experience, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee services, and operations. Successful candidates are self-starters who can work independently with little supervision.

Job responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll for hourly station employee and distribute payroll checks on payday; follow up with Corporate payroll department when discrepancies arise

Submit invoices and billing to Corporate finance office for timely processing

Handle incoming calls, distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail, type correspondence, and maintain files for the station

Schedule applicants for interviews with station management, schedule new hires for training, and process station uniform orders

Assist with station operations as needed

Qualifications:
Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers

Possess strong computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software

Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED or work experience equivalent

Be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive employment, criminal record and residence background check

Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine recognized by the Public Health Agency of Canada

Physical Requirements:
Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
