Integrated Learning Center Hiring for Language Instructor at New York, NY Full Time

Position: New York City, NYC

Integrated Learning Center is looking for part-time experienced language instructors to teach a combination of remote learning and in-person private classes.

We are looking for:

• English instructors
• Portuguese instructors and
• Spanish instructors

Primary Responsibilities:

As a part-time language instructor, you will deliver lessons in accordance with ILC’s teaching principles:

• Prepare lesson plans according to the need and goals of the student for learning a new language
• Evaluate student progress through assigned work
• Keep students’ attendance records
• Maintain class schedules
• Maintain regular contact with supervisors and provide a monthly student progress report
• Have the highest standards with regard to ethics and integrity
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in education or a related field
• Experience teaching beginner to advanced levels
• CELTA or other teaching certification aplus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
