Join our growing company on your schedule! Sungrade Solar is seeking a seasoned accounting professional who is ready to hit the books running. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will report to the Controller and will be responsible for accounts payable, credit card and bank account reconciliations, to start. As we expand, additional duties in inventory, accounts receivable and payroll will follow. You’ll serve as backup to the Controller’s essential tasks.

The ideal person has integrity, can work autonomously, has experience in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with Google GSuite. You’ll be internet savvy with the ability to access vendor and banking portals, and download documents.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Record Credit Card Purchases
• Setup new vendors as needed
• Enter AP vouchers
• Reconcile Credit Card Accounts

• Reconcile Checking Account
• Reconcile Intercompany Balances
• Familiarity with running Payroll
• Perform other accounting functions as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with QuickBooks Online or comparable software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule:

• Flexible
• 20-30 hours per week
• Mon – Fri daily check in/ email reviewed (preferred)

Qualifications:

• GAAP: 1-2 years
• Full Charge Bookkeeper: 5 years minimum
• Excel Proficiency (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
