We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and passionate Recruitment Manager to support the organization’s corporate recruitment initiatives. This individual in this position is responsible for delivering recruiting success, as well as owning and executing on Lindt (USA)’s Employer Branding and Talent strategies. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, innovative recruiting approaches. This individual elevates how we pipeline, source, attract, engage and acquire best in class CPG professionals in the industry. The ideal candidate demonstrates a consultancy-based approach to service and provides best practices and HR solutions that support company objectives. This person is an integral part of a fast paced, always-evolving environment and a high performing team that is committed to delivering best in class work through a client-centered, results oriented approach.
