General Accounting Tasks including Accounts Receivable and Sales Administration

  • Daily Check, Credit Card and Cash receipts and apply to customer accounts
  • Monitor past due receivables and communicate with customers
  • Monitor NYS tax exemption forms and Federal forms when applicable
  • Enter and track New vehicle Truck Sales
  • Reconcile pending floorplan transactions
  • Prepare Truck Sales documentation and complete process after delivery
  • Prepare DMV paperwork as requested
  • Various assignments to be completed in excel

Opportunity for career growth in accounting field to include general ledger transactions, financial statement creation and Federal tax reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
