As Soligent continues to grow, the Talent Acquisition Specialist Recruiter supports Soligent’s People Team and talent acquisition strategy. Thriving in a remote, fast-paced, dynamic environment, this role plays an instrumental part in bringing clean, affordable, and modern energy to the world.

• Interviewing candidates and assesses fit utilizing a structured interview guide, job descriptions, candidate job qualifications, and candidate responses
• Acting as a partner to the business and conducting end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers
• Managing Soligent’s ATS and coordinating talent acquisition activities including application reviews, scheduling, coordination, and facilitating communication and evaluations
• Contributing to positive candidate experience through providing clear and consistent communication.
• Helping to carry out talent acquisition processes in the organization through change management and professionalism
• Contributing to strategic workforce planning by being proactive on recruitment according to strategic direction & objectives
• Developing and running reports as needed, including supporting key objectives related to recruiting or other People initiatives
• Supporting other department efforts, including initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, company culture, and more
• Identifying, documenting, and suggesting opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensuring all screening, hiring and selection process is done in accordance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills/Proficiencies:

• 4+ years of experience in Recruitment or similar
• Ability to keep privileged information confidential and follow all established guidelines and policies around handling sensitive information is required.
• Advanced excel knowledge and experience. Preferred experience with pivot tables and dashboards
• Familiarity with Google Suite, including working knowledge of Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive
• Familiarity with Asana and/or other project management tools
• Knowledge of general HR policies and compliance obligations, especially related to recruiting
• Familiarity with recruiting software (ATS – Applicant Tracking System), preferably Greenhouse
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to exercise strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; customer service mindset required.
• Ability to speak English fluently and clearly and to hear oral communications by telephone, video call, and in person
• Ability to interact with others while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
