We are partnering with a value-driven client that is devoted to providing care and compassion to the Oswego community. Our client is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to become a part of their team.

In this role, you would primarily be responsible for:

• Receiving and reviewing purchase orders, check requests, and other related documentation for completeness and compliance with financial policies, procedures, and contractual requirement.
• Matches original invoices and requests for payment with internal purchase orders or check requests.
• Verifies and electronically enters accounts payable data into ledgers.
• Performs calculations to determine appropriate payment schedules and amounts, and makes modifications as necessary.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Schedule: FT, Mon-Fri 8AM – 4:30PM

Salary: $16.50-17.50/HR with excellent benefits including health insurance, retirement plans with employer match, and more!

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field with 1 year of work exp required. In lieu of degree, High School Diploma & 2 year related work exp.
