Due to our growth and future plans we have an exciting opportunity to join the Close Brothers Talent Acquisition (TA) team where you will provide administrative and recruitment support across the wider TA team. You will be involved in co-ordinating elements of project work, internal vacancy promotion, resource planning, networking, interview scheduling, headhunting and candidate screening.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all Talent Acquisition Business Partner’s in identifying person specifications for vacancies and feedback on job descriptions ensuring all job descriptions are in line with Close Brothers branding.
Act as the first point of contact to hiring managers providing guidance on the hiring approvals process ensuring that the vacancy approval and governance process is followed
Assist in reviewing and assessing candidate applications including short-listing and initial screening
Manage the coordination and administration of interview scheduling
Update the vacancy tracker sheets and the online Applicant Tracking System ensuring vacancies are maintained and up to date.
Assist in the onboarding of successful candidates alongside HR to ensuring a seamless end to end candidate experience
Build, develop and maintain in-house candidate database and workflow products, for example candidate/job tracking spreadsheet.
Report on all analytics gained from recruitment systems or external sites ?

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly
Ability to manage work requests working to tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and accuracy
Very strong demonstrable Excel and PowerPoint skills
Demonstrable right-first-time approach to delivering exceptional customer experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
