The Talent Acquisition (TA) teams in KPMG are responsible for leading and delivering the Firm’s recruitment strategy, attracting and hiring high calibre diverse talent into the firm on permanent or FTC basis. Our aim is to ensure that KPMG is a “magnet for talent”.

The TA Operations Team is a team of highly specialist recruiters and recruitment managers, sitting within the firms Operational Excellence Hub (OEH), who are responsible for recruiting diverse talent into KPMG.

The core purpose of this role is to manage the end to end recruitment process for Executive level Director vacancies within our Tax and International function to facilitate exceptional client and candidate experience.

Deliverables and Accountability:

• Work closely with TA Business Partners to understand current and predicted demand and business recruitment needs
• Develop sourcing strategies and delivery plans to fulfil open vacancies and create talent pipelines for future needs
• Work closely with Brand and Attraction counterparts to understand the EVP in order to be an ambassador for KPMG in the market
• Add value to the business by building and sharing a thorough knowledge of the external market, trends and innovation and competitor activity in their functional area
• Acts as a trusted advisor and provides guidance to hiring managers at each stage of the recruitment process to ensure positive hiring manager experience, robust and compliant assessment, alignment with KPMG policies and focus on Inclusion and Diversity
• Manage the end to end recruitment process including business briefing, candidate sourcing, candidate screening and facilitation of selection & assessment process and offer management
• Work in close partnership with associated teams (e.g. Employment Law, Recruitment Operations, HR BPs) to ensure a smooth and efficient service to candidates and hiring managers
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at each stage of a candidate’s journey

Essential skills

• Previous in-house recruitment management experience – with knowledge of professional services context and markets
• Experience of recruiting at senior level professionals on a permanent basis
