We are looking to add another team member in the Customer Service Department. The Customer Service Representative will work with a team to handle customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one-call resolution. This position starts at $18.00 per hour plus KPI incentives allowing staff to earn up to $3.00 extra per hour. The hours for this position while training are Monday-Friday (8 hours/day but hours may vary) and Wednesday-Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm after training has been completed with the occasional weekend shift. You may have the ability to work from home (after approximately 4-5 months of in office training at our Calgary location).
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls from customers and discussing needs while maintaining great customer relations
Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone, email, and in-person (questions may include billing inquires, technician ETA, scheduling issues, and general company product and service questions)
Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues
Maintaining customer records by updating account information
Performing outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenances and tune-ups
Ensuring that customers are contacted in a timely manner to schedule preventative maintenance
Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
What We Are Looking For:
Exceptional customer service focus including the ability to problem solve while balancing the needs of both the customer and the company.
1-2 years of previous customer service experience
Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative and highly collaborative environment.
Customer and solution focused with exceptional interpersonal communication skills (oral and written).
Extraordinary time management skills, self-motivated and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
