The Opportunity

Our TA team is highly customer focussed, and services a large stakeholder base across the country. An initial 6 month contract has become available for a seasoned TA Specialist to hire for a key project and for both blue and white collar roles.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Applying creative sourcing strategies by optimising our search tools, building pipelines and developing networks
• Applying best practice at all stages of the recruitment cycle
• Adhering to key indicators such as time to fill
• Focussing on diversity initiatives to ensure balanced shortlists focussed on inherent role requirements
• Providing an outstanding candidate and manager experience

What you’ll need to be successful

• Customer service is key to our role. You will be adept at building relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and external partners
• An ability to effectively manage expectations and challenge the status quo
• Able to work at pace with a lot of balls in the air i.e. you must demonstrate experience managing effectively across competing priorities
• Demonstrated experience in a high volume recruitment environment
• Able to confidently utilise and navigate an ATS (ours is SuccessFactors)
