Inwardly Hiring for Inwardly Instructor Job at Remote Full Time

Inwardly wants your help innovating in the mindfulness world with this entirely remote opportunity! We are looking for meditation instructors to offer one-on-one live zoom mindfulness instruction to our members. Some traditional one-to-many class instruction will be offered as well, but this is not a requirement for all instructors hired. Certain instructors will also be asked to help to develop content, including guided meditations, instructional content, community feedback, and social media.

Inwardly Instructors are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and safety while conducting personalized zoom meditation sessions for students, determining curriculum for their students, answering questions, and providing guidance. Some guidance will come from Inwardly on what to teach, but independence and good judgment are encouraged, especially by experienced instructors.

This position is a fully remote work-from-home position with lots of flexibility for the instructor to set their availability. Scheduling and hours will vary somewhat based on client needs/schedules. Part-time and full-time available.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Meditation or Mindfulness Certification is strongly preferred. 1-year teaching experience OK in some cases.

• A strong personal practice, including insight and concentration. Time on retreat is a major plus.

• Strong communication skills are a must! Written and verbal.

• Must have computer skills and the ability to use zoom, calendar software, and digital communication.

• Ability to show up to sessions on time and be professional and courteous.

• Respect for mental health and a willingness to do what it takes to protect the mental health of your students.
