Purpose and Scope of Position
The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is a key contributor to the optimization of recruiting teams through program management, data-driven operations, ATS optimization, and change management. The TAM manages the day-to-day function and related activities for all exempt and non-exempt positions at the organization. The TAM establishes relationships with key stakeholders across the company to understand their strategic and operational plans, ensuring the recruitment team are proactively pipelining top talent for current/future staffing needs. The incumbent will proactively develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies and will build and implement efficient processes which achieve a world-class experience for applicants, candidates and hiring managers.
The position provides thought leadership, direction, and performance coaching to enhance the capabilities of the recruitment team. The TAM will develop and leverage best practices to meet and exceed defined metrics and goals as well as ensures compliance with Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. The TAM develops and tracks reports and HR metrics to measure performance and ROI.
