You’ll help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner supporting our fastest growing businesses, your impact will be seen by:
Partnering with diverse stakeholders to understand and support complex business structures, in order to lead change with regards to total talent solutions
Using labour market expertise to develop creative sourcing strategies which identify top talent in the market and build a competitive employer brand
Providing advice on talent strategy to support our business’ strategy and diversity milestones
Creating and maintaining pipelines of talent for future roles based on forecasting and workforce planning
Amplifying our EVP and providing an exceptional candidate experience
Requirements
You have a background in end to end internal recruitment or are looking to move from a recruitment agency to take on a more strategic, business aligned position. You are commercial and analytically focused, allowing you to drive data driven recruitment decisions for your business.
You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You’re a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
