An excellent opportunity has arisen for an IT Security Manager who has previous experience of creating policies and procedures from scratch following the standards of IS0 27001 to join Enfield Council. As the IT Security Manager, you will have full autonomy around the role to ensure all 1,800 employees and over 280,000 residents of Enfield personal information and data is secure. Enfield Council are looking for an IT Security manager who has experience of and not limited to IT governance, disaster recovery, IT investigation and all things GDPR and Compliance. It is essential you have an IT Security qualification ideally CISSP or CISA or similar. Skills required for the IT Security Manager are:

– Extensive knowledge of IT (IT governance, disaster recovery, IT investigation and all things GDPR and Compliance)
– Stakeholder management experience
– CISSP or CISA qualification or similar
– Experience of implementing policies from scratch following ISO27001
