The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team (P&C)! Reporting directly to the General Manager of P&C, the TA Manager is responsible for leading the execution of talent acquisition and recruitment activities across our Melbourne/Sydney offices, as well as our ANZ Retail network. This unique leadership position delivers not only people management but also the opportunity to execute strategy, drive projects and regularly engage with senior leadership teams.
This role would suit a hands-on TA expert who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved!
Our support office is based in Richmond and we have adopted a flexible working model.
