Job Overview:

We currently seek an energetic Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter. The primary responsibility will be recruiting for a high volume of non-exempt hourly positions throughout the country. The selected candidate enjoys delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external partners in a fast-paced professional environment. The TA/Recruiter owns the candidate experience including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while managing all stages of the employment process in the applicant tracking system.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prescreen, Interview and schedule candidates to meet with the hiring managers in the field.
• Maintain job board activity and updates.
• Provide recruitment and hiring support to both the candidate and the hiring manager/recruiters.
• Build relationships with other recruitment sources, in order to create a pipeline of quality candidates.
• Support Hiring Managers during the interview process to ensure interviews are conducted effectively and professionally.
• Source candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and track ROI on specific job sources
• Coordinate job events for all locations to participate in.
• Complete offer letters and internal communications for new hires and openings.
• Research new sourcing tools that will enhance the onboarding experience for new candidates.

Required Experience:

· Minimum of five years of talent acquisition in a non-exempt working environment

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at the same time while maintaining organizational skills and attention to detail
• Possess excellent phone skills in a high call volume environment
• Prior experience in a high-volume hiring situation a plus
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
• Desire to grow within an HR role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
