Bahn Thai Spa Hiring for Spa Attendant at Toronto, ON Full Time

The Spa Attendant is responsible for keeping the lounge, bathrooms, sauna, Zen Zone and other guest areas neat, clean, and stocked with all amenities. In addition, the Spa Attendant may be responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities,and providing basic customer service to all incoming guests.
The primary responsibility of the Spa Attendant is the continual upkeep of the Spa, including
but not limited to:
– Cleaning and maintaining Spa facilities, including front lounge, sauna and shower,
bathrooms, and Zen Zone
– Preparing the Spa facilities for use by guests by setting up and stocking supplies in the
Zen Zone rooms
– Spa laundry services – gathering linens, towels, and other items for laundry; completing
laundry duties (wash, dry, fold)
– Setting up and maintaining Zen Zone supplies (oils, lotions, balms, towels, etc)
– Spa maintenance – general cleanliness throughout the Spa, including
– Vacuuming and mopping floors
– Surfaces: surfaces should be clean, clear and tidy at all times
– Windexing of mirrors and windows
– Electric candles and tea lights: change batteries if need be
– Candles and diffusers: should always be lit and filled during open hours
– Staff break room: general kitchen cleanliness (dishwasher, counters, garbages),
organization of client clothing ,Slippers: washed and replenished throughout the day
– Refreshing and refilling or tea urn and water service

Secondary responsibilities of the Spa Attendant may include:
– Welcoming guests and providing them with slippers, and tea and water service
– Orientating guests to the Spa facilities

The Spa Attendant reports to and is supervised by the Front Desk Reception Staff.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: From $15.50 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
