The Role

This is a strategic role in which you will working closely with our BDMs, Account Managers, Resource Manager and Talent Specialist to assist in delivering contract resources to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Identify future skills, job types or requirements and source accordingly
• Filter CV’s, conduct 1st stage interviews (phone or face to face)
• Conduct all behavioural and skills testing as required with candidates
• Utilise our technology stack to perform reference checking and police checking where necessary
• Ensure all candidates have a consistent and positive experience with Brennan IT throughout the recruitment process
• Perform regular database cleansing to assist with updating talent pools
• Utilise the Contractor referral scheme to assist in finding new candidates

What experience you will bring to the team:

• Experience in a recruitment / resourcing role OR a strong desire to enter the recruitment industry with a background in customer service or sales.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and be self-motivated
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• Must be a results driven individual and customer focused
• Proven ability to multi task and prioritise workload
• Social media sourcing knowledge and a strong network in IT is highly desirable
