About the role
Woollahra Council is seeking to employ a tech-savvy and customer-focused Senior Helpdesk Officer to join our Information Technology department on a permanent full-time basis.
As a Senior Helpdesk Officer, your key responsibility will be to act as a first and second point of contact to provide professional and responsive Information Technology support for all internal and external stakeholders of Council, and be an escalation point for the Helpdesk Officer.
You will work collaboratively with members of the IT department and other Council staff to assist in the development, implementation, maintenance & support of Council’s information systems. You will also develop work procedures and provide training to enhance the technical knowledge of IT users within Council.
