Great opportunity for a Bookkeeper with this well-known and stable company. Looking for someone with the following experience:
Monitor employee time sheets
Runs bi-weekly payroll using ADP
Receives, approves, and, when necessary, investigates vendor, sponsor or client accounts payable invoices
Codes payables and inputs into QuickBooks software
Produces reports as needed
Communicates (both in verbal and written form) with clients, suppliers, vendors, and financial contacts
