Clayton Connect Hiring for Accounting Clerk Job at Lake City, TN Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders for inventory related items
• Create Truck Shop work orders and invoices for work completed
• Maintain Truck Shop Inventory including counting, ordering and receiving products
• Assist with processing invoices for Clayton Connect Truck Shops and Terminals
• Assist with the processing weekly payroll for all Clayton Connect locations
• Assist Accounting Staff with various business processes

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express
• Previous Accounts Payable, Payroll and Inventory Management experience a plus
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changes with ease
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Possess strong customer service skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to comply with all company policies and procedures
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment

Compensation:

• This is an hourly position, with pay equivalent to approximately $40,000 annually based on a 40 hour work week
