As the Head of Talent Management and Employee Experience – UK, you’ll be responsible for building organizational capability to advance our people journey and performance. In collaboration with our business leaders and HR partners, you’ll understand business needs and provide the subject matter expertise necessary to design, lead and direct business solutions foucussing on our people agenda.
To be successful in this role, you’ll likely have extensive experience in a similar/consulting role working with senior level stakeholders on global initiatives. You’ll be experienced in driving and delivering an organisation culture and inclusion and diversity strategy. You will be passionate about creating a positive employee experience, and ensuring that AXA XL colleagues have a consistent, positive, empowering experience while they work towards their career aspirations.
This role is based in London (Smart Working) and will manage a team of three direct reports.
This role will report to the Chief HR Officer, UK and Lloyd’s.
