Search Consultancy Hiring for Compensation Analyst at Maidenhead Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity to provide compensation and analytical support to a global pharmaceutical organisation, based in Maidenhead. You will be working on a hybrid basis after completing onsite training.

As a Compensation Analyst, you will work closely with the HR team to support all global locations to evaluate and administer employee compensation, such as base salaries, short and long term incentives, sales incentives and job evaluations / level proposals.

The Compensation Analyst will focus on:
Analysing compensation programmes, including salary administration, job analysis and evaluation, etc

Review compensation requests from Talent Acquisition and HR teams,

Analyse global compensation data and provide reports

Support Manager with compensation project work, gathering information and data reporting

The ideal candidate will come from a HR or Data background, ideally with some exposure to compensation and benefits. You will have a strong understanding of Excel and some knowledge of HR systems (Workday experience is beneficial).

This role is on a temporary basis until the end of June 2023, with a likelihood of extension, working full time 37.5 hours per week.
