In our company, we are seeking a Medical Office Assistant to help with the variety of tasks required in a medical environment. This position is essential to keep the environment organized, comfortable and welcoming. We’ll rely on you to communicate effectively with our staff and patients, while being responsible for data entry and medical reports. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will have daily interactions with patients, therefore a friendly and empathetic attitude is essential. You must take pride in your excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service. We want to see a high degree of computer literacy and specialized certification if possible. Ultimately, you are the forefront of our organization’s services we provide to patients.
