Core Responsibilities

• Captures, validates, and processes all corporate actions activity.
• Provides meaningful analysis of corporate action events and works with portfolio managers for election decisions. Ensures election decisions are received by applicable response deadline.
• Maintains corporate action information databases to ensure information is entered and distributed to internal and external partners.
• Maintains communication with internal and external partners to resolve issues. Collaborates with the team to research, recommend, and implement process improvements.
• Maintains operating controls and supports the creation and maintenance of workflow policies and procedures.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.

When our Crew return to the office, many will work in our hybrid model. A smaller proportion of our crew will operate in the Work from Home work model (for example, field sales crew); or in the Work from Office model (for example, portfolio managers).
