The role of the HR Business Partner reports directly to the EMEA HR Director who will trust you to work independently to design, implement and monitor various human resource programs. This opportunity will allow you to develop your business partnering skills across a diverse population in a future-focused way. To succeed, you must be able to challenge and influence at a senior level.
In the role of HR Business Partner, you will design, implement and monitor a variety of human resource programs. Partnering with members of the EMEA leadership team to anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in your business areas.

As the first point of HR support for your dedicated business areas, your ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues at every level is essential to ensuring straightforward and reliable technical support and information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner team is part of a network of HR professionals including Payroll, HR Shared Service and People Systems and, Genus’ HR Centres of Excellence including Health & Safety, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development.
The role offers fully remote working although a recommended work location would be in and around the North West and Midlands Regions of the UK due to the location of Genus ABS’ European Headquarters in Nantwich, Cheshire.
HR Business Partners are responsible for maintaining legal compliance, integrity and confidentiality in all that they do. You will be expected to lead and enhance the HR initiatives delivered.
Requirements:
Full driving licence
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven track record of working with leadership teams to drive business strategy and providing sound counsel and guidance as a trusted advisor
CIPD qualified or equivalent
