We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join us located at our Burton site. This role will see you partner with our Operations and Farming leaders across South Australia attracting and recruiting key talent into their teams.

In this volume recruitment role you will be focused on recruiting our wages employees including some of our most key and demanding roles across our business giving you the chance to have a significant impact to our teams. If you enjoy making a difference, thinking creatively about attracting talent and looking to develop your Recruitment / HR career, this is the perfect foundation for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operation and farming wages roles
• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing guidance and advice
• Manage candidate relationships ensuring positive experiences for all candidates
• Generate contracts and support leaders in ensuring candidates have a positive and seamless onboard process.
• Support the broader People & Performance team both locally and nationally when required

• Ideally experience managing end to end recruitment in a high-volume environment or

• Excellent communication style with high level interpersonal and relationship management skills
