We are seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Cabin Crew member to join our team in Aizawl, India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring passenger comfort and safety while providing excellent customer service during flights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Passenger Safety**: You will conduct safety demonstrations, ensure that all safety equipment is functioning, and respond to any emergencies that may arise during the flight.
2. **Customer Service**: You will greet passengers, assist them with boarding and disembarking, and provide attentive service throughout the flight to enhance their experience.
3. **Team Coordination**: You will work closely with other cabin crew members to ensure smooth operations, communicate effectively, and support each other in tasks.
4. **General Maintenance**: You will help keep the cabin tidy and organized, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and that cleanliness standards are met.
5. **Problem Solving**: You will address any passenger concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that all complaints are handled with care.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to safety, and a service-oriented attitude. Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. A high school education is required, and previous experience, while beneficial, is not mandatory. Candidates must also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as flight schedules may vary.
