Role:

Oversee the recruiting life-cycle from end-to-end

Develop external pipeline for essential roles

Use LinkedIn Recruiter to develop sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.

Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise and teamwork to hire top talent

Enhance the candidate experience by adopting our “white glove” candidate experience.

Engage with our social media channels to promote Levi Strauss & Co as destination for top talent
Required qualifications and skills:

• 2 + years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition; either agency or in-house experience

• Full-cycle recruiting experience required

• ATS experience required; Workday experience preferred

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a recruiting tool

• Experience recruiting for corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, etc.). Experience with international markets would be ideal.

• Ability to work with internal stakeholders to develop a trusted partnership

• Demonstrated experience sourcing passive talent

• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

• Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work related activities.
