Hours of Operation Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00

Must Have Minimum High School Diploma & Associates Degree

Duties Include the following:

Communicating With Clients and Customers to Request and Collect Payments

Recording and Tracking Payments in Databases

Processing Transactions and Performing Accounting Duties such as Account Maintenance, Recording Entries and Reconciling Accounts

Update Client Accounts Based on Payment or Contact Information

Handling Accounts Payable for Separate Entities and Vendors

Ensuring Bills are Paid in a Timely and Accurate Manner

Processing Due Invoices for Payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
