About the Role

We are seeking a talented Finance Performance Specialist to drive the direction, change and strategic focus of Finance and Claims. This role is responsible for finding performance and process improvements to find efficiency and streamlining of processes.

• Drive the direction and scope of process evolution across Amplifon Australia with a forward-looking view to the Finance vision
  
• Monitor integration errors and scheduled jobs
  
• Calculation of Quarterly Audiology Bonus
  
• Streamline Fortnightly Audiology Bonus process and check calculations
  
• Monthly detailed COGS and Margin analysis
  
• Assist Accounting team with month-end tasks
  
• Streamlining Finance Processes between Amplifon entities
  
• Embed the Process ownership and governance for Finance
  
• Create and maintain key artefacts required to inform Future of Finance transformation and particularly ensure a successful transition to the new ERP system, including the end-to-end process flows
  
• Complete maturity assessments, identify core capabilities, KPIs and measures
  
• Facilitate process workshops, mapping process to business requirements. Document the procedures and presenting new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.
  
• Identify training needs for local users/super users based on changes to process, and work with the relevant team leaders to enable this training
  
• Support with any change projects and embedment of Finance systems
  
• Meeting assigned KPI’s
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  
• CA/CPA
  
• Significant experience of functional finance/business systems experience in an operations environment, with high familiarity with end-to-end Finance processes
  
• Experience in managing organisational change
  
• Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands with a customer-focused and outcomes-cantered approach
  
• Exemplary stakeholder management skills – can influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation
  
• Experience using Service Now
  
• Experience using Oracle or Cloud based software
  
• Project Management qualifications (Desired)
