Responsibilities

Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting Company’s business verticals. Will partner with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels. Professional can work independently and handle managing the recruiting process for a wide variety of corporate positions. Thrives working in the gray area and develop evolving strategic hiring strategies. Create and implement sourcing strategy, execute the end-to-end recruiting process, conduct in-depth intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.
