Are you an experienced in Payroll Processor, do you have 3 – 5 years of experience and looking for more growth? Our Payroll Processors are responsible for processing semi-monthly and bi-weekly multi-state client payrolls and ensuring that all payrolls are processed timely and accurately. We offer competitive compensation, excellent vacation and holidays with a generous benefit package.

Location:

Remote, onsite, or a hybrid schedule is available. Full-time and part-time schedules are also an option.

Qualifications:

AA Degree in Business or Accounting, or other similar degree

3 – 5 years of payroll processing experience working with multiple entities

3 – 5 years bookkeeping experience in a tax environment helpful

Working knowledge of iSolved is a big plus!

Skills:

Knowledge of state and federal wage and tax laws, and overtime requirements

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

Excellent problem solving/judgement skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organization skills, and the ability to work under pressure

Demonstrate good judgement, approachable and professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
