Requirements:
Business analysis accreditation or comparable training/experience
3-5 years working as a business systems analyst in a setting that delivers technology
A degree in a relevant field—such as computer science, commerce, business administration, management information systems—or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail
An emphasis on comprehending and achieving the intended business objectives
An emphasis on the needs of the customer and the capacity for teamwork, dispute resolution, and consensus building.
Excellent oral, writing, and interpersonal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to simply and effectively convert complicated technical topics into business terms for executive audiences and business requirements into technical instructions for software developer audiences.
Ability to function in a virtual team environment, facilitating and contributing to collaboration across functional teams and across locations
Comfortable operating in a setting that is dynamic, fast-paced, and filled with uncertainty
Ability to change with priorities.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage several conflicting tasks and priorities under time constraints without compromising quality.
Experience working on an agile Scrum and/or Kan Ban team is desirable, as is knowledge of both waterfall and agile approaches.
Work knowledge of or involvement in a financial services organization
