About the Role:
Currently we are seeking an expression of interest for an Rig IT Systems Support Technician to join our team. This permanent, full-time position is based in our office, in Toowoomba’s CBD. Working within the IT team, the successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:

• Providing 1st and 2nd level IT support to corporate and field users across the business.
• Installation and maintenance of a large fleet of corporate device hardware
• Installation and support of corporate applications
• Resolving incidents and fulfilling IT Helpdesk issues within agreed time frames
• Assist in device SOE imaging and rolling out of new devices
• Maintenance and support of MS Teams meeting room hardware

Experience Required:

The following experience will be highly regarded:

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service outcomes
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications
• Device hardware and software troubleshooting experience
• Experience in hardware and software deployment
• Experience with Active Directory user account and group management
• Working with remote control applications such as TeamViewer
• Experience with enterprise networking and system administration is a bonus.
