What You’ll Do:

• Own the entire full-cycle recruiting process – serving as a trusted partner to your hiring managers, building a clear profile and job description, crafting a recruitment strategy, and executing a diverse sourcing plan to deliver talent
• Think creatively and be proactive to source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities such as online databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and research
• Ensure positive candidate experience is reflective of our culture and brand from start to finish
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to provide updates during all stages of the application process
• Maintain a strong working relationship with Talent Acquisition Manager and internal partners; keeping them informed and appropriately involved throughout all phases of recruitment.
• Partner with the Hiring Managers and internal teams to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
• Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build their teams holistically
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate records of your recruiting pipeline
• Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly/monthly reporting
• Coordinate and gather all interviewer post-interview notes and materials and upload appropriately in ATS
• Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience
• Demonstrated candidate sourcing experience
• Proficiency working with applicant tracking systems and other job platforms such as LinkedIn, Hiretual, and Indeed
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) and Calendar management tools
• Strong attention to detail, cultural awareness, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn

• Business or consulting related recruiting experience is preferred
• Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
• Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties
• React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
• Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems with a skill of impeccable attention to detail
