Introduction

As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM’s SuccessFactors business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for new experts to drive this growth. As an Package Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors, you will playing various roles that will help us achieve this growth. You will work closely with our Canadian Practice Leadership team in several capacities such as:

Act as an integration lead on projects

Act as a solution architect on projects

Run design requirement gathering workshops

Review work of your teams (quality assurance)

Manage functional teams and/or projects

Participate in various sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives

Help mentor and coach junior consultants

Help build tools and accelerators

Drive our talent strategies (coach, mentor, recruit talent)

This role can be performed from Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia

As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, along our Talent Transformation consulting practice.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 5 end to end SuccessFactors implementations

Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations

Experience managing integration and solution architect teams

Experience playing a SuccessFactors Solution Architect role

Experience with and knowledge of SAP ECC

Experience recruiting and developing talent

Experience selling SuccessFactors services

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Fluency in French is an asset

Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
