Laminators Inc Hiring for IT Manager at Hatfield, Pennsylvania Full Time

Basic Function:

The Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for the management, long term development, and continuous improvement of all IT systems including the voice and data infrastructure, ERP software, and all desktop and server business software. Manage the operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, and organizing and negotiating vendor relationships and SLA agreements. This is a hands-on position who will work closely with senior leadership and report on information technology budget, plans, projects, system performance and related matters.

General Duties and Responsibilities

Foster a customer service perspective in the performance of IT management. Ensure all issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
Review performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.
Develop and review budgets for IT Department to ensure they comply with stated goals, guidelines, and objectives.
Administration of Windows Active Directory in Office365 environment.
Write or update SQL code to provide monthly and ad hoc reports using Excel Power Query, Crystal Reports, or Microsoft PowerBI.
Oversee hardware and software acquisition
Oversee preparation and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Oversee data backup of server and desktop data
Oversee network security.
Manage Cisco VOIP, internet connections, cell phone plans/users, and virtual private network (VPN) users.
Oversee Crystal Server XI administration
Provide support to Cloud Suite Industrial (Syteline) users by investigating issues and reporting options
Attend monthly meetings with Director of Finance to prioritize company needs relating to IT
Able to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
Support company continual improvement initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid role working in the office 3 days a week (2 day home base)
