Old World Christmas, Inc Hiring for Accounting Manager Job at Spokane, WA Full Time

Our Company, Old World Christmas, is one of the leading distributors of the world’s most extensive and best-loved collections of mouth-blown figural glass ornaments and vintage style night lights. Our main office is located in Spokane, Washington and we are looking for a full-time Accounting Manager to join our team.

The Candidate will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the A/P and A/R functions, to include the possible supervision of Accounting Assistants as added to our team.
• Perform various monthly general ledger account reconciliations and assist in the monthly close process.
• File monthly sales tax reports.
• File monthly royalty reports.
• Oversee the Company’s copyright process,
• Assist with Amazon processes.
• Assist in customer credit reviews.

• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate needs to have an accounting degree or equivalent experience. Additionally, candidate must be a self-starter and able to work independently as well as with others. Strong communication and data entry skills are essential. An advanced knowledge of Excel and general attention to detail is a must. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
