McConnell Dowell is the constructor within the Western Program Alliance (WPA) which forms part of the Victorian State government’s ambitious level crossing removal program. The Alliance brings together the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM), and Arup and Mott MacDonald as design partners.
THE ROLE
We are currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Analyst to join our high performing and collaborative team. Based in our Footscray office, this role reports to the Human Resources Manager and will be an integral member of our Alliance. The role will focus on providing process improvement in a broad range of areas, including resource planning, labor cost management, organizational design, supervisory and leadership development, and performance management. This role has a heavy focus on data analytics and delivering functional improvement projects aligned with the alliance business planning process. Previous experience establishing framework for reporting on HR metrics, insights and trends and the ability to upskill the wider HR team will be essential.
